Quantum Stimulus

The letter by Michael Bindner, "Government as Matress," seemed to miss the point of my article on the quantum leap effect. He says that governments spend money, they don't hoard it. That is true, but besides the point. My point in my article was that a shift in taxes from wages, profits, and goods, to land value, can have a "quantum leap" effect to much greater productivity, and more rather than less, government revenue.
