Rudy Won
I'll tell you who won the GOP debate: Rudy Giuliani. Hands down. Wasn't even close, despite all the spinmeisters in the leftwing libertarian blogosphere spamming every website imaginable to claim that their guy - Ron Paul - actually won.
Image is everthing in politics. (Of course, non-political pointy-headed computer geek leftwing libertarians have a hard time understanding this, or maybe they do, but rather they just choose to ignore this fact.)
Ron Paul's image looked horrible. He appeared to be a cranky, old man, Lyndon Larouchie type conspiracy kook. And he rambled in his answers.
Rudy came across as slick, to the point, and fast on his feet.
That's why all the pundits - with the exception of a few leftwingers at MSNBC, DailyKos and Huffington Post, have concluded that Rudy scored big against Ron Paul.
I know it's hard for you pointy-headed, wired rimmed glasses wearing Libertarian geeks to accept that. But them's the facts, jack!
