Free Liberal February Issue has hit the Streets

Our latest issue is making its way around the nation’s capital. We printed a short run of only six thousand, so you’ll have to be quick if you want a copy. 700 copies are being mailed to Congressional offices, and copies will be distributed to a number of meetings where political insiders will see the Free Liberal.

The Free Liberal can be found at:

-- George Mason University -- Johnson Center and School of Law
-- Northern Virginia Community College – Alexandria Campus

And will soon be available at:

-- University of Maryland campuses in College Park and in Baltimore
-- The College of William and Mary bookstore
-- The student unions at Virginia Commonwealth University and University of Richmond

Sponsor an outdoor Free Liberal stand at your local Metro stop

In an effort to boost our profile and dramatically increase our circulation, we are seeking sponsors for durable, water-resistant outdoor stands to be placed at Metro stops all over the DC area. The stands cost about $100 each and we would like to get a handful in operation in the next few months. Each stand can hold several hundred copies at once, and we expect each location to boost our circulation by 400-500 copies.

Michael Ostrolenk and Steve Damerell are sponsoring stands at the Capitol South and Vienna Metro stations. These locations will re-emphasize our outreach to Capitol Hill and George Mason University. They also give us an opportunity to reach people who haven’t even had the chance to read the Free Liberal.

For information about sponsoring a stand, please e-mail me at publisher@freeliberal.com.

Special Thanks to those who make the Free Liberal happen:

Norman Singleton, James Turbett, Michael Ostrolenk, Paul Gessing, Jim Turner, Carl Milsted, Leonard Harris, Liz Moser, Steve Damerell, Adam Dick, and Heather Levy.

Thanks to Lew Rockwell, Jonathan David Morris, Ed Thompson, Bill Winter, Paul Jacob, Fred Foldvary, Rick Sincere, Nathan Larson, Habib, Shannon Wheeler and Ali Massoud for sharing your wonderful creative talents with us.

And also thanks to our sponsors:
